How do I setup a Direct Debit to HMRC?
UK businesses and individuals can set up a Direct Debit to pay HMRC through their Government Gateway account for PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax, Self Assessment, and Making Tax Digital liabilities. A single instruction can be used for recurring automatic collection, or a one-off Direct Debit can be created for each payment. Allow three working days for the first payment, which cannot be within three days of the due date.
