The way we work is changing dramatically. Remote working and telecommuting arrangements are now the new normal, given that knowledge workers can now be productive anywhere.
The notion of what a "physical office" means is changing too. Businesses are doing away with traditional offices as their needs evolve. Increasingly, they are seeking out facilities that offer flexibility, along with a range of pay-as-you-need services.
Here's where our London virtual office solution comes into the picture, and fills in the gap where traditional offices have failed. We offer a prestigious business address, a physical location, collaborative spaces, meeting rooms that can be rented by the hour, mail forwarding and handling services, and more.

Our virtual office provides you with a professional business address in London. We receive all your mail and depending on your mail forwarding package then you can either collect mail from our office, we can open and scan it or we can physically forward it.
You can also get a local phone number, work in our coffee shop or book a meeting room to meet with clients.
A business address service means you can use that location as your registered business address with Companies House. This means we'll receive all your official business mail.
We have three different mail handling options depending on your package:
Collection Only: with our Standard Virtual Office then you can come and collect your mail from us during normal business hours (9am - 5pm) Monday to Friday.
Digital Forwarding: when we receive mail from you then we'll scan it and send you a copy. We'll hold your mail for 60 days before shredding it. This is included with our Advanced Virtual Office package.
Physical Forwarding: at the end of each week then we'll forward on your mail to a domestic UK address. We do not currently offer international mail forwarding. This is included with our Premium Virtual Office package.
