Why do I need to book a consultation before signing up?
Lite Bundle is priced for dormant companies only. A quick call makes sure you're eligible and we don't sell you the wrong package. If you're a fit, we'll share an unlock code so you can complete sign-up directly.
What counts as dormant or minimal activity?
A dormant company has no significant transactions in the accounting period — no trading, no payroll, no VAT obligations. Minimal activity might mean a handful of movements with no employees beyond directors. Your consultation will confirm your status.
What if I start trading during the year?
Let us know as soon as activity picks up — we'll move you to Start Bundle or Operate Bundle depending on turnover. Pro-rated billing applies.
Can I switch from my current accountant?
Yes — switching is free and we handle the entire handover. Most switches complete within 2–3 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via our secure Outseta checkout. All payments in GBP.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ICO-registered, UK-based infrastructure, encrypted transmission, GDPR-compliant.
Are your accountants qualified?
