<li>Should have expertise in GSP Career Framework & HoIP work programme</li><li>Should have understanding/Knowledge on military and civilian</li><li>Work with Defence Business Services, Defence Security and Resilience,</li><li>Validate the new Role Family/Role mapping for the Cyber Security specialism so that they can be implemented accordingly</li><li>Assist with the implementation of the Cybersecurity element of the GSP Career Framework across Defence,</li><li>Undertake an exercise to review the existing Cyber Security Learning and Development (L&D) landscape, and test with key stakeholders for accuracy;</li><li>Map L&D opportunities to the roles within the GSP Career Framework to create a clear Learning Pathway</li><li>8 Hour Shift</li><li>Defence / Nuclear / Police - Workforce Planning: 1 year (Required)</li><li>SC Clearance (Required)</li><li>Temporarily due to COVID-19</li>
