Description
Training Consultant (Change Management) - (Inside IR35)<br><br><b>Authority: BEIS – UKRI</b><br><br><b>Location: Swindon (Remote based at present)</b><br><br><b>Contract length: 6 Months (possible extension)</b><br><br><b>As Training Consultant, you will:</b><br><br>· Work as part of a programme team, supporting adoption of change by delivering training. Support Innovate UK on its digital and cultural journey<br><br>· Design and deliver training tailored to Innovate UK’s people, process and policies<br><br>· Lead training needs analysis, design materials and deliver virtual training sessions, hand in hand with subject matter experts<br><br>· Work alongside Project Managers and Business readiness colleagues to ensure training is well planned and seamlessly executed<br><br>· Author creative, visual, clear content in a range of mediums, that helps everyone understand the future state, the journey and what’s in it for them<br><br><b>You’ll have:</b><br><br>· A track record of designing and delivering training working as part of a programme team, supporting adoption of change by delivering training<br><br>· Experience of delivering training within the context of a change programme is essential<br><br>· Experience delivering holistic training – policy, process, system and behavioural change<br><br>· Experience gathering and reporting evaluation data<br><br>· Experience of delivering to operational and ‘expert’ teams and a range of audiences<br><br>· Facilitation and coaching skills with experience using online collaboration tools and techniques to deliver this remotely<br><br><b>It would be great to also have:</b><br><br>· A relevant L&D or Training Qualification/Certification<br><br>· Public Sector Experience<br><br>If this sounds like you and you would be interested, please click the link to apply and speak to one of our PSR team now.<br><br>“If you require any reasonable adjustments to support your application please contact David McKinley managing the role”<br><br>"In applying for this role you acknowledge the following; this role falls in scope of the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation.
