Senior Network Engineer (Contract / SC Cleared)

<li>Cisco</li><li>Network Design</li><li>Network Security</li><li>Design, configuration, and administration of a complex multi-protocol LAN/WAN environment.</li><li>Supporting and monitoring a wide range of infrastructure and telecommunications services. You could be working across Switches, Routers, VPNs, gateways, firewalls, VoIP, and management tools.</li><li>You will be responsible for technical network engineering, configuration planning, administration, and support of data / VoIP networks.</li><li>Carrying out preventative maintenance and system monitoring.</li><li>Implementing new initiatives and future changes in service delivery, specifically related to corporate priority projects</li><li>Considerable and in-depth knowledge of network systems including design, troubleshooting, maintenance and operations</li><li>Direct experience building scalable and highly available distributed networks</li><li>Internal Cisco Routing and Switching – CISCO IOS and NX-OS Knowledge is required</li><li>Demonstratable experience with firewalls and intrusion detection systems</li><li>Hands on knowledge of VoIP, DNS, IPAM, VPN, IPSec, BGP & OSPF routing, load balancers, optimisers and proxies.</li><li>Experience problem solving and troubleshooting complex, network security systems.</li><li>Experience working at a CCNP level or higher.</li><li>Cisco CCIE Experience or knowledge</li><li>Experience working with enterprise load balancer technologies such as Netscaler or F5</li><li>Other professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH etc.</li>
