Facility Manager strategic Specialist

Reporting to the Interim Strategic FM Lead, the role will be responsible for the accurate collection, collation, and presentation of Hard and Soft FM Services Data from across the Council’s Directorates and Services, in support of the Property Services Due Diligence activities as part of the Council’s FM re-procurement programme.<br><br>Undertake review of current Type 1, 3 & 4 Hard and Soft FM data held by<br><br>Property Services<br><br>Review existing data for inaccuracies and gaps<br><br>Liaise with Council Directorates and Service stakeholders to ascertain current and future FM Service requirements where gaps and inaccuracies have been identified<br><br>Undertake site survey’s as and when required in order to validate data collection<br><br>Collate all Hard and Soft FM Due Diligence Data in preparation for uploading into the CAFM system in the agreed format<br><br>Provide additional support as directed to the Hard and Soft FM framework managers as and when required.<br><br><b>Reference ID: ll-5145154</b><br><br><b>Contract length: 6 months</b><br><br><b>Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract</b><br><br><b>Salary: Up to £300.00 per day</b><br><br><b>Benefits:</b><br><br><b>Schedule:</b><br><br><b>Experience:</b><br><br><b>Work remotely:</b><br><br>
