<li>Job ref: 1171147/JKE_1597340052</li><li>Location: London, England</li><li>Sector: ICT</li><li>Job type: Contract</li><li>Salary: £549 - £551 per day</li><li>Contact: Jamie Kenward</li><li>Email: jkenward@cbsbutler.com</li><li>Published: 14 days ago</li><li>Duration: 6 Months</li><li>Start date: ASAP</li><li>Consultant: Jamie Kenward</li><li>Owning the structure and delivery of technical design workshops ensuring the required outcome is delivered and the results captured</li><li>Producing high and low level designs for network projects, including Cisco DC routing and switching (including ACI expertise), automated campus networks (i.e. Cisco SDA, Aruba Mobile First), application load balancing using F5 platforms</li><li>Understanding and design for hybrid DC models: on-prem and cloud connectivity and operation.</li><li>a good understanding of the varying technologies, platforms and operational models, from a networking perspective relating to Software Defined technologies (DC, Campus, SD-WAN) and Automation and solutions.</li><li>experience in driving requirements workshops to understand the customer business and operational outcomes.</li><li>Demonstrable hands-on expertise in delivering network solutions: Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA, F5 LTM/GTM, VMWare NSX</li><li>Managing of 3rd parties and their deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions</li><li>Good knowledge and experience of traditional network technologies:</li><li>DC routing and switching  Cisco, Arista</li><li>LAN Switching  Cisco, Meraki, Aruba</li><li>Wireless LAN  Cisco, Meraki, Aruba</li><li>F5 LTM/GTM</li><li>Project experience in the following SDN technologies:</li><li>Cisco ACI (mandatory)</li><li>VMware NSX-V and NSX-T (highly desirable)</li><li>SD-WAN (highly desirable)  Cisco Viptela, VMWare Velocloud, Meraki Native</li><li>Desirable experience of automation tooling:</li><li>Red Hat Ansible</li><li>Python</li><li>NetBrain</li><li>Familiarity with one of the following:</li><li>Amazon Web Services</li><li>Microsoft Azure</li><li>Google Cloud Platform</li>
