Business Change Architect

<li>Business capability modelling</li><li>Business process modelling</li><li>Ideally bachelor’s degree level qualification or MBA or equivalent experience</li><li>Ideally TOGAF 9 (or later) or equivalent certification</li><li>5+ years’ experience as a Business Architect</li><li>10+ years’ experience in a business change / transformation / process development context</li><li>Able to bridge the gap between business and technology</li><li>Good knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes</li><li>Good knowledge of information principles and policies</li><li>Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting</li><li>Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture</li><li>Excellent analytical and business analysis skills</li><li>Effective listener</li><li>Able to manage conflict / differences of opinion and gain consensus with senior stakeholders</li><li>Drive positive short term benefits, sometimes apparently conflicting outcomes, whilst always driving towards the strategic direction</li><li>Pursues and builds relationships across business and IT to gather intelligence and bring insight about the wider picture</li><li>Ability to analyse complex situations and to derive workable actions</li><li>Ability to develop long-term visions and translate them into actionable roadmaps</li><li>Able to clearly express direction to business and technical colleagues alike</li><li>Strong collaboration and team working values</li><li>Ability to balance what is “right” with what is “realistic”</li><li>Ability to make decisions in situations of ambiguity and the absence of complete facts</li><li>Ability to debate detail and the thinking behind recommended approaches with the business and IT leadership teams to arrive at agreed positions</li>
